Ashley

Ashley PT, DPT, CSCS, is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong background in both orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2021, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Wesley College in December 2018.

Ashley has several years of clinical experience treating a diverse patient population, with a focus on orthopedic conditions as well as neurological and vestibular disorders. She is passionate about helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy through individualized, evidence-based care.

In fall 2025, Ashley further expanded her expertise by earning her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential, enhancing her ability to integrate performance training and injury prevention into rehabilitation.

Outside of the clinic, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active in the gym, going on runs, taking advantage of the beautiful weather in Florida, and spending time with her dog, Peanut.
