With over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, Cathy has built a career grounded in clinical excellence, compassionate care and measurable results. Throughout her extensive career, she has treated patients with a wide range of conditions - from orthopedic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain and neurological disorders - developing a deep understanding of the unique challenges each patient faces.

Her professional philosophy is driven by a commitment to outcomes. Every treatment plan she creates is tailored to the individual, combining evidence based techniques, innovative therapies, and close collaboration with patients to restore function, improve mobility, decrease pain and enhance overall quality of life. A graduate of Columbia University, Cathy is licensed in NJ and FL. Outside of work Cathy enjoys spending time with her parents here in FL, her husband and her 5 children. She enjoys skiing, Pilates and yoga and playing pickleball in the FL sunshine!
