Trudy D, the founder of Be On The Move, is a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist who has spent over two decades improving the quality of life for her patients. With a warm and caring approach, Trudy has dedicated herself to demonstrating the power of Physical Therapy and its ability to transform the lives of those she serves.

Over the last 20 years, Trudy has been working in home care settings, where she has helped countless patients achieve their full potential. It was through her work in home care that Trudy saw a need for a different kind of Physical Therapy practice, one that was more focused on patient-centered care and personalized treatment plans. It was her deep desire to create a more caring and supportive environment for her patients that led her to start her own practice, BeOnTheMove.

Trudy's education and training are extensive, and her commitment to ongoing learning is a testament to her passion for her work. She graduated from the MS University of Baroda and is licensed in both Florida and California. Her experience includes working as a director of an outpatient clinic in California, where she treated various orthopedic diagnoses.

Trudy's professional certifications in Advanced myofascial release, joint mobilization, cervical and lumbar stabilization program, Functional Capacity Evaluation, and Muscle Energy Technique showcase her dedication to providing the best possible care to her patients. Her results-driven approach has earned her recognition from her customers and peers alike.

Outside of work, Trudy is a devoted wife and mother who believes in the importance of lifelong learning. She regularly practices Yoga and meditation and enjoys creating healthy recipes to share with her family and friends. Trudy's caring spirit extends beyond her patients and into all aspects of her life.
