Exceptional At Home Physical Therapy matters, anywhere in Delray Beach!

Trudy did an excellent job. I had a broken ankle and she really worked with me in a good way. Very sympathetic and very kind...but we got the work done to help me get better soon. I highly recommend her for any physical therapy needed.Be on the move was able to have her come to my home...which made it much more convenient.

Trudy is a very knowledgeable therapist who brings relief and solutions to medical problems. Working with her has been a pleasurable experience as well as medically satisfying bringing relief to various medical issues.

I had a script for PT and started calling around to find someone in the area. If I recall it was late on a Friday afternoon and most facilities I had to leave a message, Be in the Move answered right away and Trudy was able to get right there n the phone. We discussed my needs and she took information about my needs and insurance. She said she would call back on Monday and she did. The other 2 centers never returned the messsges I had left.

Trudy is a professional therapist that truly cares about her customers. The fact that she could come to my home took away stress from my busy work at home job. She helped me with minimal visits to achieve my mobility issues. Besides my main problem she was able to take extra time to work on some other problem areas. Trudy is caring and dedicated to her business, plus very encouraging. Videotaping my exercises was extremely helpful to continue my routines to stay healthy and self-motivated. I would wholly recommend Trudy to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Trudy is very positive and professional. She is an expert at what she does knowing when to push and when to allow patient to rest. I was concerned that after he had covid my dad would remain in a weakened state but with his sessions with Trudy he is back to himself. His endurance, strength and balance has improved dramatically since his first session- it’s like night and day.Trudy and her Practice have made the whole experience easy.

My wife and I both needed Trudy's help for different problems. She is exceptionally skilled and was able to improve mobility and functionality for both of us. Her caring nature expedited our improvement. She is an excellent physical therapist and her approach to mindfulness was remarkable. Following a sports injury to my shoulder, I began physical therapy with Trudy. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and skilled. After just a couple of weeks of treatment and exercises that she provided, I noticed great improvement. I recommended her to my orthopedic surgeon as a source of care for his other patients. If you are looking for a Physical Therapist who cares for the well being of her client, very knowledgeable, patient and able to adapt programs to your particular needs and a true professional Trudy is the Therapist for you. An added benefit is that she comes to your home. No office visits or traveling in traffic. My difficulty was balance. Trudy developed a specialized program that I could practice within the confines of my home and community fitness center that adapted to my schedule. As I progressed so were the programs Trudy was developing to personalize my PT. When I had regained 95% of my balance back, we both decided that it was time to be discharged. Upon discharge Trudy stated “Although you are discharged, if you have any questions or require a little assistance please contact me.

Goodbye Parkinson’s, the elimination of symptoms, is something I have been working on for almost 8 years. Working with Trudy for the last four months has brought me much closer to this goal. Trudy has used targeted exercises to improve my balance, increase my range of motion and increase my strength and endurance. She explains the purpose of each activity which is extremely helpful to my journey. She has used meditation to improve my coping skills and decrease my stress. She uses massage, stretching and manipulation to increase my range of motion. Trudy has helped me form new pathways in my brain unimpaired by Parkinson’s and it has worked. I am a retired home care nurse and have worked with many physical therapists and therefore understand that Trudy offers much more than just physical therapy she offers me the hope of saying goodbye to Parkinsons disease.

Trudy is wonderful. She does a great job giving you the space to be yourself while you heal from a maladaptive pattern of life that you may be stuck in.

Trudy is a wonderful therapist. She is incredibly caring and listens to your problems without any judgment. She creates a plan that is based on your subconscious difficulties and works through each until completion--never looking at the clock or counting down the minutes left. I really appreciate all that Trudy has done for me and can see improvements in a lot of different areas of my life. Would highly recommend this route of therapy for anyone who may have had difficulties opening up in the past.

So initially I was worried that doing Hypnosis via zoom would be difficult however, it was actually quite easy. Doing it from the comfort of your home, Is really nice. Trudy is an amazing hypnotist. She does her absolute best to address all your concerns and makes herself available to you, not just during your sessions but also in between sessions. She does a wonderful job of making you feel comfortable and free of any judgment. We worked through some repressed feelings and childhood trauma that I wasn't even aware was still deeply affecting my day to day life. I now have the tools to continue to make positive changes in my life and i feel like a heavy weight has been lifted off my shoulders. This was my first experience with hypnotherapy and it was great. If your considering hypnosis. I highly recommend Trudy, she is lovely and you won't regret it.
