At BeOnTheMove, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. However, please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Replacements for Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, you may request a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery by replying to the email received after placing the order or calling 561-523-2299.
- Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.
- Include your order number and contact details in your message.
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. We reserve the right to deny any replacement requests that fall outside the 24-hour window or lack sufficient documentation.
