Dr. Carolyn Dias-Karch is a skilled physical therapist with a 7+ year physical therapy and athletic training career marked by positive outcomes and differences in the lives of patients using evidence-based practice techniques and a holistic patient-centered approach to delivering healthcare. Experienced in inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and outpatient settings. Consistently recognized by management for being a compassionate, thoughtful, motivated, collaborative, knowledgeable colleague and caregiver to patients.
Dr. Dias-Karch has distinguished education and training. She graduated with her B.S. in Athletic Training from Florida State University, graduated from Florida Atlantic University with her M.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a focus in strength and conditioning, and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She has been published in two peer-reviewed research journals. Her experience also includes working as a graduate research and teaching assistant and adjunct faculty at Florida Atlantic University as well as procuring a variety of leadership positions during her university studies and post-collegiate work in a variety of physical therapy settings including outpatient sports medicine, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and acute critical care.
Dr. Dias-Karch holds professional licenses and certifications include being a FL licensed physical therapist and athletic trainer, BOC certified athletic trainer, NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), and ACOLS Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). Her clinical practice is highlighted by her focus on advanced manual therapy techniques and success in treating neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions.
Beyond her clinical practice, Carolyn enjoys yoga, weight training, Pilates, nature walks, cycling, and meditation. She is a Florida native who loves spending time with her family. Carolyn has a deep compassion for others and a commitment to restoring movement and hope for her community.
