2- Stop The Abusive Relationship and Breaking the Chains that Bind
Like any long-term abusive relationship, the abused (you) does not feel they are being abused. I will work with you starting day one to show you how to step back and see what is really going on. Hypnosis is highly effective at getting you to change your perspective, and when you are able to see the relationship between yourself and Stress objectively, your views and relationship about Stress will change radically. Unconsciously, you believe that you need Stress for certain things in your life. My program will help you undo those beliefs.

Modern hypnotherapy does not involve a wizened man swinging a pocket watch before your eyes. It has almost nothing to do with tricking your brain but instead I focus on relaxing you enough to access your subconscious thoughts.

The objective is to improve your well being, and starts with me explaining the process and ensuring you understand the science of how it works and why this proven program is so effective.
