Like any long-term abusive relationship, the abused (you) does not feel they are being abused. I will work with you starting day one to show you how to step back and see what is really going on. Hypnosis is highly effective at getting you to change your perspective, and when you are able to see the relationship between yourself and the cigarettes objectively, your views and relationship about smoking will change radically. Unconsciously, you believe that you need cigarettes for certain things in your life. My program will help you undo those beliefs.

The subconscious mind is where we store everything that has ever happened in our lives. Therefore, it is much more efficient to do therapy while in the subconscious state, using hypnotherapy to access these moments in our lives that have impacted us. This results in greater awareness around one’s issues. With this awareness comes the ability to recognize the cause of behaviours that one desires to change. We will talk about this new awareness and reality that you are ready to enjoy as a nonsmoker, free of the cigarettes for life. I will explain my program and how the program will benefit you. The objective is to improve your well being, and starts with me explaining the process and ensuring you understand the science of how it works and why this proven program is so effective. The end goal is for you to feel and be completely comfortable, and excited to start your new journey.
