I am a life coach, but don’t let that term intimidate you. I help clients identify strengths and weaknesses and overcome obstacles that holds you back.

Tailored To You

I create individually tailored, one-to-one Life Coaching sessions with ongoing assessments of each client’s progress to build strengths and minimize weaknesses. My Program focuses on your individual needs. Not everyone requires the same type of approach. Finding the right fit for you is essential for your well-being. 

I do not provide "cookie cutter" sessions like many practitioners do. Because each session is highly customized to your needs (including what approach to take, what techniques to use), I will not know the type of sessions or how many sessions to recommend until I have a conversation with you about the outcomes you desire. It is because of this customization that my success rate is so high.

Let’s talk about how it works, What Does a Life Coach do?

To explain, let’s take the example of a Sport Coach.

Well,  you know what a sports coach does: The athletes, team and individuals identify a goal (i.e. winning). After analysis, they output a plan. —The same process holds true for life coaching.

“As a Life Coach I focus on what’s happening right now, what a person wants next, and how that gap can be bridged in a way that is easily understandable and relates to you individually.

My work is really centered on four things:

  • Helping someone expand an idea;

  • helping someone understand what their present experience is with mindfulness,

  • exploring mindsets to help someone ‘see’ options differently, and

  • helping someone understand personal value and belief systems, and how these show up in all areas of our lives.”
